We opened Urban Air in Glen Allen because we saw an opportunity to create a destination where families throughout the Greater Richmond area could connect, celebrate, and stay active together.
When Bed Bath & Beyond announced the closure of stores nationwide, we recognized the potential of its former Glen Allen location. The site was already well known among local residents and ideally situated near Short Pump Town Center, one of the region’s most popular destinations for shopping, dining, and entertainment. We moved quickly to transform the space into a state-of-the-art family entertainment center. After extensive planning and construction, Urban Air Glen Allen proudly opened its doors in Spring of 2025.
Today, Urban Air is more than a family entertainment center. This indoor amusement park offers thrilling fun with a diverse range of exciting attractions such as trampolines, zip lines, laser tag, flip/spin car zone, warrior courses, and ropes courses. The park also features a full-service cafeteria serving delicious food and drink options and offering outstanding experience.
It is a community destination for corporate events, fundraisers, sports team gatherings, school spirit nights, birthday celebrations, social events, and many other special occasions. Our goal is to provide a welcoming place where families, schools, businesses, and community organizations can connect, celebrate, and create lasting memories.

I am the General Manager of Urban Air Adventure Park in Glen Allen, VA.
I was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, and I’ve spent my entire career in the family entertainment industry. What I enjoy most about my role is creating unforgettable experiences for our guests while helping develop and mentor the next generation of leaders on our team.

I’m one of the owners at Urban Air Adventure Park in Glen Allen, VA
After 20 years in the corporate world, I took a leap into franchising to build something fun, active, and family focused. As a parent of two, I wanted to create a place where children could step away from their screens, stay physically active, and have an incredible time with friends and family. It was the kind of experience I wanted for my own children and I knew other parents were looking for the same.
