Urban Air has been in business for over 5 years and has hosted thousands of Birthday Parties and Special Events. Many businesses have tried to copy Urban Air but none have been able to provide the stress-free service, experience and lasting memories that Urban Air provides its loyal customers. We will start setting up your Party 15 minutes before the scheduled start time, so feel free to arrive around that time. If you arrive any earlier, your room or table may not be ready due to other parties occurring before yours.
Glow parties are held on select nights and times. Check your park for specific details. The lights are turned off and the lasers, disco, lights and black-lights are on. Kids attending the party are given a glow stick or glow necklace, and parents are encouraged to bring additional glow items to decorate the table with.
With a paid birthday party, feel free to bring a single serve cupcakes or cookies, candles, presents, and birthday child! All other items can be purchased through the park. We do not allow outside food, drinks or coolers.
Gratuity is not included for most parks and can be provided directly to your host or at checkout per your discretion. An automatic service charge may apply for select parks.
We offer pizza and other snacks and candy which can be purchased through the park. We will contact you a few days before your party to get your pizza order if you do not know it at the time of booking. For most locations, all pizza orders must be placed by 5pm the Thursday prior to your party. To ensure that your pizza orders are received in a timely manner, please note the pizza order cutoff time that is on your Order Invoice. We do not allow outside food, drinks or coolers; only your single serve cupcakes or cookies are permitted with a booked party. Individually served cupcakes are recommended. Check with your park for state and local guidelines.
Unfortunately we do not have a way to keep the ice cream from melting and we do not allow outside coolers. We do however offer other cold treats at the park for purchase.
Yes, of course, a baked dessert item is fine! Just as long as there is no ice cream or ice cream cake.
Yes, if you would like to bring your own decorations or themed decorations, plates, and napkins with a paid birthday party, you are more than welcome to do so! We will start setting up your Party 15 minutes before the scheduled start time, so feel free to arrive around that time. If you arrive any earlier, your room or table may not be ready due to other parties occurring before yours.
Unfortunately not, we don’t allow any other outside food or drink at the park. However, your party package does include one bottle of water per jumper and if you need additional drinks we offer soda, Gatorades and more at the park.
Yes, in the Party Rooms we have tables for presents and for Party Tables out in the Party Zone you can also put presents on the table.
Yes, you will have a Party Host that will take care of everything you need. They will also be assisting other parties at the same time, similar to a waiter/waitress environment. If you are interested in a Private Host, our Private Party Room packages have a private host.

Yes, anyone who is jumping counts towards the 10. This includes the birthday party child and any parents who may be jumping. We DO NOT charge for parents, grandparents or friends to stay and watch. You can BOOK A PARTY any time on our website and customize your party to meet your needs and budget. In accordance with local and state regulations, Urban Air may be limiting park capacity; check with your local park for any limitations regarding spectators.
Birthday Parties & Team Events: There is a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel the party with less than a 72 hour notice, we will work with you to find another date and time to host your party or you will forfeit the full deposit. If you choose to reschedule your party and cancel at a later date you will forfeit the full deposit. Deposits are applied to the remaining balance at the end of the party.
Special Events: a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book a special event. If you cancel your event you will forfeit the full deposit.
Weather: If acts of God or Weather cause the facility to close, your party will be re-scheduled. No refunds will be given due to weather or acts of God.

Extra Participant refers to any person accessing any of the attractions. Any persons attending the party may watch at no charge but may not access any of the attractions. If any guests in the group want to be part of the “Extra Jumper” pricing, they will need to be included on your final party bill. If you do not want extra guests on your bill, and they want to access the attractions, they will need to go to front desk to purchase a full priced ticket.
No. Anyone participating with a party is charged the party participant rate.
We have no age limits, in fact in most parks we have an area dedicated to ages 7 and under! Must be at least 41” for Warrior Attractions and Climbing Walls, 48″ for Ropes Course and Sky Rider. Maximum height of the Tubes is 52″. Attractions vary by location.
Yes, party invitations are on our website underneath the birthday tab at the bottom of the page when you scroll down.
We recommend that parents sign waivers for their children on our website in advance so that it will automatically be in our system when they arrive. Every customer wishing to participate in our attractions is required to sign a waiver. Waivers only need to be signed one time. Sign The Waiver link located on the top left hand side of the website.
The waivers outline the risks associated with jumping on trampolines just like a bounce house party. We require waivers to be filled out for each participant before they are allowed to jump or participate in any of our activities. Pizza pricing varies by park with pricing starting anywhere from $11 to $20 per pizza. Pizzas have approximately 8 to 10 slices each. If you are approximating 2 slices per person, one pizza should feed 3 to 5 people. For most locations, all pizza orders must be placed by 5pm the Thursday prior to your party. To ensure that your pizza orders are received in a timely manner, please note the pizza order cutoff time that is on your Order Invoice. We do not allow outside food, drinks or coolers besides your birthday cake, cupcakes or cookies.
No need to call us! Just email your pizza order to the party email in your invoice along with your name, order number and park location. We update your party with whatever you need and email you back a confirmation reflecting the changes. All party changes, including pizza orders, must be placed by 5pm the Thursday prior to your party or by the cutoff time found on your Order Invoice. We do not allow outside food, drinks or coolers besides your birthday cake, cupcakes or cookies.
Unfortunately we cannot pencil anyone in because we are required to have a 50% deposit down to hold the spot. However as soon as you are ready to book, you can go online and book your party any time by clicking the BOOK A PARTY link!
Our staff will get the participants checked in and they will then go and play for around 1 hour and 20 minutes. The kids will then be called over the sound system to come back to their table or room for cake, pizza and presents. After they have cake, pizza and presents, if there is any time left they can go back and play. Parties are 2 hours in length. You will have your table and/or room for the full two hours.
If you have a Private Party Room or Suite, your host would be happy to take the kiddos around the park. If you have a party table, you have a shared host and they will not be able to take the kiddos around the park. Either way, the kids get the hang of it fast and have the best time! When it is time for kiddos to come back to the table or room to eat pizza or cake, we will call the party over the speakers of the park.
To ensure you get the time and date you prefer, we would recommend booking your party at least 2 weeks before the party. The easiest way to book a party is to book online through our website. Depending on the size of the children we feel that 20 is a comfortable number. Our tables are 12 feet in length. However, if you don’t mind them being squeezed it could possibly be up to 20 since the kids will be playing a majority of the time anyways and the amount of time they will spend sitting will be very minimal. In accordance with local and state regulations, Urban Air may be limiting park capacity; check with your local park for any limitations regarding spectators.
We do not have a maximum but we would recommend no more than 20 people if you are concerned about seating at the table. If your party grows to larger than 20, we would recommend adding an additional room or table for your guests. Additional fees may apply.
No, just the birthday child gets a free shirt.
The deposit amount is 50% of the base price. The deposit is applied to the final bill at checkout at the end of your party. You can book a party any time online by clicking the BOOK A PARTY link at the top of the website.
Yes, if your child has special needs, please let us know upon booking your party so that we can make the appropriate accommodations and inform your Party Host.
Any child who is jumping or accessing any attractions, regardless of age, will need to be paid for.
Yes, some locations have The Bowl, which is a trampoline area dedicated for ages 7 and under, or the Tubes for children under 52″ in height. Also, because the foam pit or stunt bag and runway are one-at-a-time activities, they are also safe for the younger kiddos. Always check the attractions page for your local park to see what attractions are available.
Yes! We do parties 7 days a week! These are great for families who like the entire park to themselves! You can book a party any time online by clicking the BOOK A PARTY link at the top of the website.
With at least one membership at the Ultimate, Platinum, or Activate Awesome level you can add 5 birthday participants to your paid birthday party. Just call our party specialists on Birthday Hotline at 800-960-4778. One offer per account per paid party. Not valid for previously booked birthday parties, discounted, donated, Activate Awesome free birthday parties, or special events,
At this time memberships may only be used for admission at the park you select when purchasing your membership. Memberships must be registered in the member portal. Login to your account in the Membership Portal to assign names, birthdates, and pictures to your memberships. Unless explicitly indicated, membership benefits and discounts may only be used at the park they are purchased from. Although discount passes, tickets, and add-ons may be available to allow you to visit other properties, admission to other properties is not included as part of your Urban Air membership.
No. Your membership is valid every day that Urban Air is open to the public, but there are a few excluded events. Memberships do not include admission to Birthday Parties, Teen Night, Family Night, Parents Night Out, or Fitness Classes. We reserve the right to close the park for private events, and these dates will be posted on our website in advance.
At most parks, Jumperoo is included in the Deluxe Membership level and above. You need a parent membership to participate with your toddler. This will also allow your toddler to continue to come to Urban Air in the summer when Jumperoo is not available.

Each individual that wants to participate in any park activities needs to have their own membership. We offer various levels of membership, and a specially priced parent membership so you can enjoy all the fun with your kids. Memberships are non-transferrable, and you cannot share your membership with anyone.
Our Parent Membership offers the same level attractions you purchase for a child. They are exclusively for the parents or legal guardians when they accompany minor children to the park. Excludes the free food and beverage items in full price memberships. You may purchase a maximum of two (2) parent memberships per account with the purchase of at least one regular membership.
Each membership is assigned to an individual during registration and may only be used by that person. Memberships are non-transferrable, and you cannot share your membership with anyone.
Your membership never expires. You may cancel at any time after making your 12th payment and at least 10 days before your next payment.
Your membership never expires. After the initial 12 month period, your membership automatically renews month to month. You may cancel any time after making your 12th payment, and at least 10 days before your next payment.
No. Birthday parties are special private events. Your membership may offer you special discounts and other benefits when scheduling your birthday party at Urban Air. For more information please check at www.urbanairparks.com/membership.
An Urban Air membership allows you to visit every day the park is open to the public, nearly every day of the year! Admission is limited to once per day at the park of purchase. Your membership also comes with a variety of benefits described on the membership page at www.urbanairparks.com/membership.
You are only charged the processing fee when buying new memberships, upgrades, or add-on products. There are no processing fees on your monthly payments. The processing fee is $4.99. This fee is the same whether you purchase one or more memberships at any level.
Your membership is effective immediately after your purchase and registration. You can even buy a membership on your phone at the entrance to the park and immediately gain admission.
All memberships are sold online. You may use any computer, tablet, or phone with a browser. Just click Shop Now above on this page.
To update your payment method, log into your membership account at https://my.urbanairparks.com. Touch the icon at the top right by your name, and touch Billing Info. Then touch Update in the top right to change your payment card information.
Your credit card will be charged on the same day of the month you initially signed up for your membership. For example, if you purchased on March 12, then all your payments will be charged on the 12th of each month. If you purchase on the March 31, then your payment will be on the last day of the month in months with less than 30 days. In this example, your next payment would be due on April 30th.
You can always login to your account at the Membership Portal. Your memberships will show READY FOR PARK if everything is up to date.
No. Your credit card will be automatically charged on the same day of the month you initially signed up for your membership.
We are unable to accept cash membership payments at this time. Payments must be made online. You can update your billing information or credit card at membership.urbanairparks.com.
Yes. You can upgrade your membership at any time by visiting the Member Portal. Log into your account and purchase the desired higher level membership and assign the membership. Submit a Contact Us Form letting us know that you have purchased an upgraded membership. We will cancel your old membership with this new one and restart your membership term for a full year.
Memberships cannot be downgraded at this time.
Memberships are non-transferable, and may not be shared with anyone else.

Tickets & Dynamic Pricing FAQs
- Redemption: Gift Card may only be redeemed at the Park where purchased towards the purchase of eligible products (i.e., ticket purchases, food, beverage, and merchandise). Purchases are deducted from the Gift Card balance. Any unused balance will remain on the recipient’s Gift Card account. If an order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other available payment method.
- Limitations: Gift Cards may not be redeemed for same day purchases, memberships, birthday parties, special events, corporate events, or online purchases. Gift cards may not be split into different denominations. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law. Unused Gift Cards may not be transferred. Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.
- Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for gift cards passes to the purchaser upon delivery of the gift card. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.
- Fraud: Urban Air will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift card is redeemed.
- Limitation of Liability: UATP Management, LLC and its franchisees make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to gift cards, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a gift card is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, shall be the replacement of such gift card. Certain laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.
- Arbitration: Any dispute or claim relating in any way to the gift cards, your balance, or the scope, arbitrability, or validity of this arbitration agreement will be resolved by the parties in their individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative capacity, and settled by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) per its Commercial Industry Arbitration Rules in effect at the time the demand for arbitration is filed. The U.S. Federal Arbitration Act and U.S. federal arbitration law apply to this agreement. There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including injunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages), and must follow these terms and conditions as a court would. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any federal or state court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitrator shall have no authority to award punitive or exemplary damages.
- Waiver of Jury Trial: TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU KNOWINGLY, willingly, AND VOLUNTARILY, WITH FULL AWARENESS OF THE LEGAL CONSEQUENCES, AFTER CONSULTING WITH COUNSEL (OR AFTER HAVING WAIVED THE OPPORTUNITY TO CONSULT WITH COUNSEL) AGREE TO WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO a JURY TRIAL OF ANY DISPUTE AND TO RESOLVE ANY AND ALL DISPUTES THROUGH ARBITRATION. The right to a trial by jury is a right parties would or might otherwise have had under the Constitutions of the United States of America and the state in which the gift card is purchased.
