1Founding Member Exclusive Offer: The Urban Air Founding Membership is a limited-time, prepaid-only membership offered before the Bloomingdale Urban Air Adventure Park (“Park”) opens. It is available only during the presale period, which ends October 3, 2026 (“Presale Period”), and may be used only at this Park. You pay $157.37 in full at the time of purchase — the same price as our standard 12-month prepaid membership, which comes with three (3) complimentary months — for a 15-month membership term. WHEN YOUR TERM STARTS. Your 15-month term begins on the date you purchase during the Presale Period, not on the day the Park opens. The Park is not open during the Presale Period. Park access begins on the Park’s soft opening day (“Soft Opening Day”), which is open to founding members and occurs three weeks before the Park’s official grand opening day (“Grand Opening Day”). Because your term begins at purchase, the number of complimentary months in your term depends on the date you purchase and on the date the Park opens. For example, if Soft Opening Day occurs on or about the scheduled Soft Opening date, your term will include up to five (5) complimentary months (up to two (2) months from the Soft Opening Day plus three (3) months as part of the 12-month prepaid membership). If Soft Opening Day is delayed, the number of complimentary months you receive is reduced by the length of the delay. YOUR MINIMUM ACCESS. You will receive no fewer than 12 months of membership access beginning on Soft Opening Day. If a delay in Soft Opening Day would leave fewer than 12 months remaining in your term, Urban Air will extend your term day-for-day so that you receive a full 12 months of access. IF THE PARK DOES NOT OPEN. If Soft Opening Day has not occurred on or before 90 days from your date of purchase, you may request a full refund of the amount you paid, at any time before Soft Opening Day, by contacting the Guest Loyalty Team at 800-960-4778. FOUNDING MEMBER PERKS. Your Founding Member perks are: (1) admission for you and one (1) guest to the Friends & Family Soft Opening event; (2) one (1) VIP skip-the-line entry on Grand Opening Day; and (3) one (1) free ICEE souvenir cup per membership, redeemable at the Park on Grand Opening Day only, while supplies last. Perks have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or for other benefits, are not transferable, and are available only to guests who purchase during the Presale Period. OTHER TERMS. Membership is non-transferable and may be used only at the Park where you purchased it. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Amounts paid are non-refundable except as stated above or as required by law. This membership does not automatically renew; at the end of the term of the Urban Air Founding Membership, you may purchase a new membership at then-current rates. Park hours, attraction availability, capacity limits, and age and height restrictions apply, and all guests must have a signed liability waiver on file. Urban Air may modify or discontinue this offer at any time before purchase; changes will not affect memberships already purchased. These terms summarize the offer and do not replace the Membership Agreement, which governs. See the Membership Agreement for full details.
Pricing and attractions vary per park. Limited time offer; not all parks are participating. Initial membership period is 6 or 12 months. After the initial period, memberships continue month-to-month until cancelled.
Membership is only valid at the location of purchase and is valid every day the park is open to the public, excluding special events. Memberships exclude Birthday Parties, Teen Night, Field Trips, Family Night, Parents Night Out, Fitness Classes, Learn & Fly, Work & Fly, Camp Urbie, Snapology camps, and special events. The park may close for private events; closures are announced in advance.
Socks are redeemable on the first visit only, one pair per membership. Five additional birthday guests are valid only on paid parties of 10 or more.
