Getting your ticket
What is the offer?
Anyone with a registered KidHub account gets one free Unlimited Play ticket. That includes existing KidHub users and new users who download and register by 11:59 PM (local time) on October 9th.
When will my ticket show up?
Tickets start going out October 9th at 6:00 AM CT. If you sign up on October 9th, please allow at least one hour for your ticket to appear.
When will I receive my confirmation, and what if I don't see my ticket?
Tickets will be loaded within one hour of downloading the app and registering your account, if you do so on October 9th, 2026. Each recipient will also receive a confirmation email from Urban Air confirming their free ticket, so be sure to check your inbox and spam folder. If you don't see your ticket in your account within 2 hours of downloading and registering on Friday, October 9th, 2026, and you plan to come into the park that day, please see the front desk when you arrive to check your account details.
Where do I find my ticket?
In KidHub: on the homepage on the day your ticket arrives, and in the calendar after National Adventure Day.
I registered before October 9th but don't see my ticket. Why not?
Tickets don't start going out until October 9th at 6:00 AM CT. In the meantime, you can purchase a regular ticket, wait for your free ticket to arrive, or check out another current Urban Air offer like Buy 2 Get 2.
What if I start downloading right before the deadline? Is there any grace period?
No. The app must be fully downloaded and registered before 11:59 PM on October 9th to qualify. If registration completes after that time, you won't be eligible for this promotion, even if you started the process beforehand.
What if I missed the October 9th deadline?
This specific promotion has ended, but it's worth checking with your local Urban Air; some parks may offer another option or deal to guests who missed it.
