Dallas, Texas – Urban Air Adventure Parks, the nation’s premier full-service family entertainment centers, announced today its plans to construct an Urban Air Adventure Park in Katy, Texas featuring Indoor Sky Diving.

Located at 25307 Kingsland Blvd. in Katy, Texas, Urban Air Adventure Park Katy will feature Indoor Sky Diving, an Indoor Coaster, Climbing Walls, a Ropes Course as well as other award-winning adventure attractions.
STORE Capital Corporation, a net-lease real estate investment trust based in Scottsdale, Arizona, acquired the land and a vacant facility where the new park will be located, and will provide financing to an Urban Air Franchisee to fund the conversion of the facility into an Urban Air Adventure Park®. The new facility is expected to be opened to the public by mid-2018.
