We opened Urban Air Adventure Park in Raleigh, NC because….
…we live in this great community that we want to support! …we are parents! …we wanted to create a place where both kids and parents could have fun and be active!
Being family-owned, we are committed to supporting local families and children of our community. We know that play has a positive impact on families and our goal is to provide an environment that is fun for everyone! We love the Raleigh area and want to be active members of the community. We enjoy partnering with schools, area businesses, local non-profits, and other groups to make a greater impact and grow our connections.
Our vision is to create a place where we can look forward to coming in every day and see everyone enjoying themselves. We strive to create an inviting atmosphere where we can develop ongoing relationships with guests, employees and the community. From the day we opened our doors, the community response has been overwhelming! We so appreciate the support. More than that, we love hearing the laughter and seeing the smiles and joy each day!

Meet the Owners of Urban Air Raleigh
Urban Air Raleigh is family-owned and operated by Erin Ellis, Michelle & Paul Jacobs, and Dan & Linda Brown. Each of us have had our own successful careers through the years but had a desire to create something together as a family with a greater goal of connecting with and making an impact in the area. When the opportunity to open an Urban Air in Raleigh arose, we jumped at the chance to make that dream a reality. The fact that the Urban Air mission is to offer a place committed to bringing families together to have fun and become an integral part of the community made the partnership a perfect fit!

At Urban Air Raleigh, there’s nothing more important than our customers, our community and our Urban Air team! We are focused on providing families a place to play together, explore new adventures, learn new skills, and have fun.
When it comes to the community, we can’t think of a better place to raise a family than the Triangle area! Our families and team are active in area schools and other organizations that give back. We want to make sure we put as much back into our community as we receive! We are committed to developing partnerships where Urban Air can help make an impact. But, also, we make time to give back personally and encourage our team to do so as well. We want to do our part to make the Triangle even more amazing than it already is!
