At the heart of our parks is a simple idea: families deserve a place where they can truly be together... laughing, celebrating, and creating lasting memories.
We’re Melissa and Brian, proud owners of Urban Air Adventure Park in East Norriton and Willow Grove. As local family entertainment center owners serving Philadelphia, Montgomery County, Bucks County, and the surrounding communities, our goal has always been to create an experience that families genuinely enjoy coming back to.
Both graduates of Penn State University, our journeys started in very different places, but always with the same focus: people.
Brian built his career in entrepreneurship, hospitality, and management, developing a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and building strong, service-driven teams. Melissa comes from a healthcare background, with a deep commitment to supporting families and children during some of life’s most important moments.
Together, we shared a vision: creating a place where kids could stay active, parents could unplug from the stress of everyday life, and families could make real memories together. When we discovered Urban Air, it felt like the perfect fit.
Today, our Urban Air Adventure Parks in Willow Grove and East Norriton are proud destinations for birthday parties, group events, school outings, youth sports celebrations, everyday family fun, and rainy day activities for kids and families throughout Philadelphia, Montgomery County, and Bucks County. Whether guests are visiting from nearby neighborhoods or making the trip from across the region, we want every visit to feel exciting, welcoming, and memorable.
Our mission is simple but powerful: To provide a safe, clean, and exciting indoor adventure park where kids can learn, play, explore, and grow, and where families and groups can come together to celebrate life’s biggest (and smallest) moments.
From award-winning birthday parties and indoor attractions to rainy-day adventures and weekend family fun, our parks are designed to be more than just a place to play; they’re spaces where memories are made.

Hi! I'm Tracy...
I’m the owner at Urban Air Adventure Park in South Portland, ME
I grew up in Maine and I love it here. When I was a kid, I always had a lot of energy and loved finding adventures. Now, my kids are just as adventurous, and I realize that my mom had her hands full when I was young. I’m passionate about making sure all Portland’s adventurous kids have a place to safely explore their limits and tackle new challenges.

Sue Smith – Park Manager
Sue is our amazing park manager. When you visit our park, everything runs smoothly and you get to focus on having fun. That’s all due to Sue’s talents in keeping her team and our park operating like a well-oiled machine. You may not see Sue on your visit but know that she’s working hard behind the scenes to make your day amazing.
